General Motors made a luxurious entry at the 2013 New York Auto Show with the unveiling of three of its most-important luxury vehicles- the new Cadillac CTS, the redesigned 2014 Buick LaCrosse and the 2014 Buick Regal.
The 2014 Cadillac CTS launched as the brand’s centerpiece. With looks so sleek and stylish and a powertrain that includes the all-new Cadillac twin-turbo engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, it was sure to turn heads.

Cadillac CTS in its 2014 model is the third generation CTS sedan to debut in New York. Highlights are the Automatic Parking Assist that allows the car to park itself in parallel spaces. The package also includes Cadillac’s patented Safety Alert Seat technology, 10 standard airbags and CUE- the brand’s signature infotainment system. Production for the 2014 Cadillac CTS begins in the fall in Michigan, US.
Second in line at the luxurious launch was the 2014 Buick LaCrosse. This model is more advanced than the previous version in every way. Some features worth mentioning are the new radar and camera-based safety features, Adaptive Cruise Control technology and the brand’s next generation IntelliLink infotainment system.

It also makes for one of the quietest in the segment. All thanks to Buick’s QuietTuning engineering processes. Sales for this beauty begin in the summer.
Finally, it was Regal’s turn. The new 2014 Buick Regal is more expressive, more connected and more technologically advanced than its predecessor. According to Buick, nearly half of new Regal buyers are conquests who are new to Buick, and they represent the youngest median age among the brand's lineup.
The turbo-engine is more refined and the all-wheel drive makes for a welcome entry. Similar to its LaCrosse sibling, the 2014 Buick Regal also features IntelliLink as well as the Adaptive Cruise Control technology. It senses traffic in front of the Regal for speed adjustments- stops the vehicle in heavy traffic and accelerates it again when circumstances are favorable. It goes on sale this fall.
